Google Drops Second Android 15 Beta. Here’s How to install android 15 beta. At Google I/O, it was announced that the second beta for Android 15 will be rolling out today, just over a month following the release of Android 15 Beta 1. If you’re interested, you can join the Android Beta for Pixel program to easily download and install the Android 15 beta via over-the-air updates, or update your existing software if you’re already on the first Android 15 beta.
Android 15 introduces a range of new features and improvements to enhance productivity, bolster user privacy and security, better support developers and content creators, facilitate communication, and enhance performance and quality. Notable additions include support for app archiving and unarchiving, allowing users to manage storage more effectively. Additionally, there’s now support for end-to-end encryption of contact keys, enabling users to verify the authenticity of other people’s contact information.
While the initial Android 15 beta has been available as a developer preview since February, this latest release represents a more refined and stable version. However, it’s important to note that the Android 15 beta is still a work in progress primarily intended for developers and early adopters. Due to the potential presence of bugs and the incomplete stability of beta software, it’s not recommended for everyday use on your primary device.
